Delivery & Collection
Orders under £40 will carry a £3.99 standard delivery fee unless the item is very small, in which case the cost is £2. Items will arrive in 2 to 3 working days.
Orders over £40 will be posted free of charge by standard Royal Mail delivery which usually arrives within 2/3 working days. * Working days does not include Saturday and Sunday please be aware of this.
If you require next day delivery an additional fee will be charged upon checkout. Orders received before 12pm will be posted out the same day. Orders after 12pm may not be posted until the following day. Please be mindful of this before selecting next day delivery. We will not refund your additional postage if you have not understood this as we have still incurred the additional fee.
Bulk orders may be sent by a designated courier. If this is the case we will advise you of the selected courier and your tracking information.
Collection can be made from a small number of outlets which you may select on checkout.
We endeavour to reuse packaging wherever possible to reduce the use of plastic and lessen our impact on the environment. The packaging will still be secure and protect your item. The packaging may not be perfect but we hope your item is.
If the item is not suitable for you, for any reason, then you can return it for a full refund within 14 days. You will be refunded for the item once we receive it. No postage fees will be refunded. Keep your proof of postage in case of any disputes with your chosen delivery provider. We must receive the item back in resaleable condition and for this reason we request that you do not remove any tags, and that the item is free from odour or marks. This includes smoke, pet odour, and scent such as aftershave or perfume.
Once we have received your item in a resaleable condition we will action a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days.
If the item you have purchased from us is faulty upon receipt then you must advise us within 14 days and return it to us within 28 days of receipt. You can request either a full refund or exchange and we will also cover the return postage.
